Line 4. Studies of the corrosion-erosion in a hydrodynamic circuit
Study of the dynamic corrosion of different metals and alloys in several media (acidic medium and basic medium) at different temperatures. A hydrodynamic circuit was designed in order to evaluate dynamic corrosion. By means of the circuit it is possible to study the corrosion of the single materials and the galvanic corrosion generated by the different pairs.
The results show that the hydrodynamic circuit makes it possible to evaluate the dynamic corrosion of the different materials and alloys by means of electrochemical measurements in diverse working environments.
